Front Desk Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST 

DUTIES
  • Very positive and professional attitude with friendly demeanor to greet guests
  • Answering multi-phone lines and directing inquiries to appropriate department 
  • Sorting and distribution of regular mail, emails, and faxes including processing mail and making post office deliveries
  • Assisting with processing invoices into system 
  • Collecting payments and documentation in Excel 
  • Cleaning conference room and other office areas 
  • Stocking, ordering, and inventory of office supplies 
  • Maintains conference room calendar
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2  years experience as receptionist or office clerk required 
  • Courteous and service-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills verbally
  • Computer skills required including MS Office 
  • High School Diploma required
