Greet patients and visitors in a professional, prompt, courteous and helpful manner.

Check patients in & out for appointments:

Verify address, phone number and insurance.

Ensure scanned copies of insurance cards are in computer systems.

Accept co-payments, payments on accounts or bad debt and providing receipts to patients.

Verify cash box each morning and balance at the end of each day.

Answer telephone; may determine nature of phone call and refer to the appropriate person as necessary.

Input patient insurance information; updates/changes as necessary.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
