Front Desk Manager

Premier Arkansas law firm looking for a high energy, friendly professional to coordinate the front desk area of a fast-paced, heavy call volume office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and answer multi-line phones
  • Set up conference room for meetings
  • Oversee a list of clients to contact daily regarding documentation that needs to be completed
  • Handle on average 80 out bound and inbound calls
  • Outbound dialing will consist of follow up to customers' accounts, account verification, completion of necessary paperwork and detailed research
  • Inbound calls will consist of answering questions from customers related to their transfer
  • Provide preliminary legal and administrative support to attorneys and staff
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous legal experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • The urgency to provide exceptional customer service
