Assistant Clinic Manager

• As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Practice Administrator in all aspects of clinic oversight by acting as the liaison between referral sources, patients, and employees
• Monitors and supports clinic flow, regularly checking in with all clinic teams to help identify and problem solve areas preventing smooth patient flow
• Understands provider productivity needs and assists the Practice Administrator in monitoring and analyzing patient appointment schedules; helps assure efficient productivity by applying creative strategies to manage open slots and patient no-shows
• Takes actions necessary to maintain smooth patient flow, including assisting with Receptionist duties as needed to support patient registration, checkout, and incoming patient calls
• Assists Practice Administrator in facilitating staff meetings for effective communication of site, service area, and organization information
• Supports a culture of excellent customer service and communication that positively influences staff engagement
• This position requires at least two years of experience managing or supervising staff in a primary care or other healthcare setting
• Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying
