• Assist customers by providing product and service information and supporting our outside sales staff
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries and pricing request
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Order entry and invoicing
• Tracking shipments
• Additional clerical duties, filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
PTO package. Profit sharing plan and yearly bonus structure.
