High-volume Criminal Defense law firm seeking a Director of Administrative Services. This executive level position will oversee non-attorney staff who perform a variety of administrative support tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the firm.
Job Duties:
- Train support staff on firm procedures and information systems
- Supervise and mentor support staff and manage daily operations
- Recruit and assist in hiring and training new employees
- Maintain all SOP and Training Manuals
- Assist with billing and IT issues as needed
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and typing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance or related field
- Three plus years executive level management experience
- Previous legal experience preferred
