Responsibilities
• Hours: 8 am - 5 pm clinical schedule Monday through Friday
• In collaboration with and supervision of the Practice Administrator, manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the clinic monitoring patient flow, and assuring excellent customer (patient and provider) satisfaction
• Recruit, train and supervise clinical support staff
• Develop, implement and monitor support staff schedules to ensure proper coordination with provider schedules
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA privacy and security rules and regulations
• Provide clinical in-service training on an ongoing basis to Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants
• Oversee all daily operations with the department, including but not limited to nursing assignments, ordering medical equipment and supplies, emergency equipment, adherence to OSHA guidelines, availability of patient educational materials, etc
• Provide direct clinical care to patients when needed
• Assist in organizing, coordinating, implementing, and participating in quality assurance and peer review meetings
• Serve as liaison with other community agencies, health care providers, social services, schools, etc
• Commit to exceeding expectations of the patient
 

Qualifications • Current RN or LPN licensure appropriate to Arkansas regulations (unrestricted) required • BLS certification (ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire or position start date required)
