Part-Time Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Growing mediation firm seeking a Part-Time Legal Assistant for their Little Rock to work with clients and attorneys with mediation and arbitration cases. Ideal candidate will grow into a full-time role after several months.

Job Duties:
  • Answer phones, greet clients and set up conference rooms for meetings/sessions
  • Maintain calendar of mediations and deadlines
  • Open and maintain case files
  • File paperwork and documentation with appropriate parties
  • Complete billing/invoicing
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and impeccable customer service experience required
  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional administrative office setting required
  • Prior legal/binding arbitration experience preferred
