Inside Sales and Quotations Rep- Little Rock, AR
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

The rep will work directly with customers for their electrical, lighting and controls requests. This role will be responsible for processing purchase orders, answering customer calls, assisting in returns, writing quotes, and researching solutions for customers.  The rep will work closely with the Inside and Outside Sales team members.  An ideal candidate would have a positive attitude and a willingness to continue learning and gaining responsibilities. 

Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

·         Quoting projects

·         Answering incoming calls

·         Processing and Entering Purchase Orders

·         Processing Returns

·         Sending tracking information

·         Create Value for Customers and Manufacturers

Requirements

· 2-3 Years work experience in sales, account management or relevant experience.

· Basic computer skills and experience from Microsoft Office Suite

· Previous Cold Calling, Presentation, Training and Electronics Experience is preferred.
