Job Duties:
- Prepare payroll and submit to payroll company
- Enter and code credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements
- Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with employee benefits by engaging with insurance companies and their 401k custodian
- Other administrative/accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 3-5 years previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Previous benefits experience a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks a must
$22.00 - $30.00/hr DOE
