Growing family-owned technology company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating quotes and managing billing processes using ConnectWise software. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely quotes for clients using ConnectWise software.
- Prepare and process invoices in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with clients regarding quotes, invoices, and any billing-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update client information and billing records in ConnectWise.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, tracking project timelines, documentation, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proficient in ConnectWise software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team setting towards a shared goal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with managed IT services or a similar industry preferred
- Familiarity with other billing and quoting software preferred
