Business Office Assistant

Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the proper area
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately/take and distribute phone messages
  • Conduct clerical/administrative duties include filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing business documents as asked (i.e., memos, letters, etc.), making photocopies, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Maintain office calendar
  • Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages
  • Schedule meetings and/or conferences as asked
  • Maintain professionalism and good customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years’ experience in administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and employees
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do
