Answer and direct phone calls appropriately/take and distribute phone messages
Conduct clerical/administrative duties include filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing business documents as asked (i.e., memos, letters, etc.), making photocopies, scanning, and faxing documents
Maintain office calendar
Prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages
Schedule meetings and/or conferences as asked
Maintain professionalism and good customer service
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years’ experience in administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and employees
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
