Local client seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their employee benefits team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with account management to support renewals, implementations, open enrollment, and ongoing client service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct renewal, strategy, and open enrollment meetings
- Resolve client, carrier, and vendor issues
- Support benefit implementations and enrollments
- Collaborate with producers on new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Educate clients on industry trends and benefit solutions
Qualifications
- Active insurance license required
- 3–5 years of employee benefits or insurance industry experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with benefit administration platforms preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Full-time - Hybrid Work Schedule | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Local travel required with occasional overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license required
- Base salary of $55,000 plus bonus structure plan
