Essential Job Functions:

• Effectively manage and collect on a portfolio of accounts as they move through the legal process

• Evaluate each customer’s financial situation to negotiate payment arrangements in alignment with client goals

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal collections practices, including applicable rules and procedures

• Ensure strict adherence to FDCPA and other federal and state compliance regulations

• Consistently meet quality and performance standards set by the firm and our clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections, banking, or financial services

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with confidence and initiative

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze, problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task effectively

• Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to learn new software and platforms

• Must successfully pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening
