Prepare and manage accurate client quotes and invoices using ConnectWise.
Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and client agreements.
Handle billing-related inquiries and serve as a point of contact for client communications.
Update and maintain client accounts and billing records in internal systems.
Generate and review billing reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, project tracking, documentation, and customer service coordination.
3+ years of administrative, billing, or accounting experience; IT or MSP experience preferred.
Proficiency in ConnectWise and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong understanding of managed IT services, recurring billing models, and tech-industry processes.
Exceptional attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with additional billing tools or quoting platforms is a plus.
