Registered Nurse (RN)

6am-6pm 3 days on, 4 days off, Monday through Friday

**Qualifications:**

•  Valid RN licensure in Arkansas
•  Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts and ability to apply them in practical situations
• Capacity to interpret technical instructions and handle abstract and concrete variables

**Responsibilities:**

As an integral part of our team, you will:

- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to our residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Document resident care and progress accurately and timely
- Serve as an advocate for residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect
