Part-Time Bookkeeper

Little Rock law firm dedicated to helping plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death and environmental claims seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Benefits Administrator. This is the perfect position for a seasoned accounting professional who wants to work 18-25 per week. In-office, flexible schedule!

Job Duties:
  • Prepare payroll and submit to payroll company
  • Enter and code credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Assisting with employee benefits by engaging with insurance companies and their 401k custodian
  • Other administrative/accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Previous benefits experience a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks a must
$22.00 - $30.00/hr DOE
